SHIPPING POLICY

Typically, most orders ship within 24 hours on business days. Note that orders placed after 3 pm EST and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on the following business day, pending verification of payment and shipping information.

Due to high order volume, we are not able to offer express shipping at this time.

Soffe does not ship internationally. We ship only within the United States and to US military addresses (APO or FPO addresses).

• Soffe will ship to all US military addresses (APO or FPO addresses) via US Mail.


• Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Holidays include; New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving and Christmas day.


• Some carriers do not provide weekend pick up services and will not process tracking information until the next business day following the completion of your order.


• All orders are pending until address, payment, price and merchandise availability are verified. Payment approval must be obtained before your order is shipped. Upon verification, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
