Our Standard Shipping combines the efficiency of UPS with the convenience of USPS. UPS picks up your package at our distribution center and delivers it to your local post office for final delivery to your mailbox or door by USPS.
You can check the status of your order by logging into your account. If you are already logged into your Soffe Account, you can view your recent order status and tracking info.
HOW LONG DOES PROCESSING TAKE?
Typically, most orders ship within 24 hours on business days, however due to current events, shipping times may run longer than all posted estimates. Note that orders placed after 3 pm EST and all orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed for shipment on the following business day, pending verification of payment and shipping information.
DOES SOFFE OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?
Absolutely. 3 Day Select Shipping (3 business days) is available for $24.95, and Next Day Air (1 business day) is available for $39.95.
Express shipping is only available for destinations in the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO destinations are excluded. Express orders placed before 12:00 pm EST on regular business days will be processed for shipment the same day, pending verification of payment and shipping information.
GENERAL SHIPPING GUIDELINES
- Soffe will ship to all US military addresses (APO or FPO addresses) via US Mail.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday and exclude Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. Holidays include; New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Friday following Thanksgiving and Christmas day.
- Some carriers do not provide weekend pick up services and will not process tracking information until the next business day following the completion of your order.
- All orders are pending until address, payment, price and merchandise availability are verified. Payment approval must be obtained before your order is shipped. Upon verification, you will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order.
