Where do I check the status of my order?
Due to current events, current delivery times may run longer than usual. We are doing everything we can to ship your order quickly and safely. Thank you for your patience.
You can check the status of your order and track your shipment anytime after it is placed. If you are already logged into your Soffe Account, you can view your recent order status and tracking info by clicking "View Order" on the Account Dashboard.
What payment methods does Soffe accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. You can also use PayPal. We currently do not accept cash, money orders, checks or any other payment method, but if you run into any other payment issues, please call Customer Service at 1-888-257-8673
While checking out, I received a message that said my order has been declined for fraud. Was my order placed?
We’re sorry, but your order was not placed. Our payments are processed through PayPal, and if they flag an order, Soffe cannot process it. Please verify the billing information matches exactly to your bank statement.

When is Customer Service available?
Our Customer Service Team works hard to answer all of your questions. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST, except for certain holidays. The holidays customer service is not available include New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas day.

Where do I enter a Promo Code?
When reviewing the items in your cart, you will see a box asking “Have a Promotion Code?” — it’s located near your purchase total. Just enter your code and click the submit button. Please double check to ensure your Promotional Code worked correctly before clicking the checkout box.
I just received a Promo Code, but I already placed my order. Can this discount be applied?
