WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES SOFFE ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards. We currently do not accept cash, money orders, checks or any other payment method. If you run into payment issues, please call Customer Service at 1-800-285-4456.
WHILE CHECKING OUT, I RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT SAID MY ORDER HAS BEEN DECLINED FOR FRAUD.
WAS MY ORDER PLACED?
We're sorry, but your order was not placed. If our payment processor flags your account during checkout, Soffe will not be able to process your order. Please verify that the billing address you entered at checkout matches exactly to your credit card statement.

WHEN IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AVAILABLE?
Our Customer Service Team works hard to answer all of your questions. Our representatives are available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST, except for certain holidays. The holidays customer service is not available include New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
WHAT IS THE SOFFE RETURN POLICY?
All returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a return authorization number. All claims must be made within 30 business days of shipment, including shipping issues and defective merchandise. A return authorization number is required before any goods can be returned. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to customers. Soffe Apparel reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any cartons returned and any applicable shipping charges. RA's will be cancelled if not returned in 15 business days.
Any goods printed, relabeled, washed or otherwise not in original condition will not be accepted. Special web sales and closeout items are non-returnable.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
We're sorry, but once your order has been placed, it is immediately sent to our automated fulfillment system and cannot be cancelled.
WHERE DO I ENTER A PROMO CODE?
Promo Codes must be entered on the shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout. Under Order Summary on the right side of the cart, click on the "plus sign" next to Promo Code. Enter the promo code and click "Apply". You may now proceed to checkout.
I JUST RECEIVED A PROMO CODE, BUT I ALREADY PLACED MY ORDER.
CAN THIS DISCOUNT BE APPLIED?
