What is the Soffe return policy?
All returns need to be made within 30 days of the ship date. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
Any merchandise worn, washed, or otherwise not in original condition will not be accepted.
Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied with a return authorization number (RA). Please do not send in a return without an RA number. Orders sent back to us without an RA number will be refused and returned to the customer. RA numbers will be cancelled if the order is not returned within 15 business days of initiating the return. Delta Apparel reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee per returned order, with a $10.oo minimum charge and any applicable shipping fees.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-285-4456. A member of our customer service team will provide you with instructions. You will also receive a Return Authorization number. Please make sure this number is clearly marked on the outside of the package, or we will unfortunately be unable to accept the return.
Will Soffe replace a defective product?
Absolutely! We stand behind our products and will replace any defective item at our expense. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-285-4456 and we will be happy to assist you.
When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned package, we will issue your credit, less the shipping charges. Depending upon your bank’s policies, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
Can I return sale or clearance items?
We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale or closeout items. Thanks for understanding!
