These sweatshirts are so comfy. The medium is nice and roomy but the small is a little tight. I'm women's I wear a medium to large but these are unisex. Customer service was excellent and the quality can't be beat. I love that there are no obnoxious logos on your products.
Church school sold these for fundraiser in 2001. Still wear mine all the time and it is good as new after thousands of washings.

CHEST
Relax arms at sides. Measure the fullest part of the chest, holding the tape parallel to the floor. TIP: if the measurement falls between sizes, round up.
WAIST
Measure around natural waistline, where you normally wear your pants. Keep one finger between the body and tape for a more comfortable fit.
HIP
Stand with feet together, holding the tape parallel to the floor. Measure around the fullest part of hips and bottom.
