Fits well but not quite as stretchy as some of the other brands making silkies. Still great fit. 6’1” 175 lbs 31” waist and medium fits great. Waistband has plenty of stretch.

It's pretty hilarious that these things are standard "workout shorts" for military personnel, we wore them every day for PT. I don't workout in them anymore but they are still my favorite boxer short for everyday wear. So thin and light, they are better than any boxer short I've come across. More than 20yrs later I still wear them. If you want to try them, buy a larger size than you think you wear. I'm 5'8" 170 lbs. (lean) and wear an XL, which provides the appropriate length for a guy my size. Size large would be too short imo.
