So damn light you'd think you were wearing lingerie!
I wanted workout shorts that wouldn't pull down in the back when doing leg exercises such as squats. My baggie style shorts with a 7" inseam just didn't cut it even after I cut them up the sides, and I have skinny cyclist's legs! So I bought another brand of baggie/just banging around, swim style shorts, with front pockets. Same result. Being former military, decades before they issued workout shorts, I figured if the Rangers use 'em then they must work. And they do. But good grief I'd almost be embarrassed to wear them to the gym! I wished the legs were longer. Bonus; even though the have a built-in liner I can still wear briefs underneath and they won't show. These are strictly for working out and certainly for running.

For the longest time, I have been looking for a garment which can be worn comfortably while on
an exercise bike for 1 hour at no less than a cadence of, 90 rpm. At last I found it with this purchase. I cannot speak for everyone who rides an exercise bike at this cadence, but I can absolutely say, for me, as they say, it fits the bill.
