I'm a guy and am going to start buying these instead of the men's version. These look awesome!! And maybe a bit shorter.

I was driving back home form Florida and was surprised to see that I was going to pass by a Soffe Outlet store off I-95 in North Carolina. I love the Soffe Mens Ranger Panties shorts and know it was time to stop and look for some new silkies.The store is full of Soffe products, all reasonably priced. I pieced up 4 pair of mens shorts and cruised the area, looking at some of the products on sale.I don't usually look at women's clothes but must admit the high cut style of shorts is very appealing to me. I went over to the women's section and found that Soffe is making women's shorts out of 100% nylon, exactly the same as mens. I was immediately focused on the high cut and inside panty and thought I would love to pick up some. I found the colors I wanted in the size I needed and went to the check out counter to pay. At the outlet, all regular proved items were buy one, get 50% off a second of the same style. I bought 4 mens and 2 women's Ranger Panties, paying a total of $51 for all 6.Later, after finishing my travels for the day, I tried on the women's shorts and was amazed. The are actually juniors shorts but the sizing was perfect for my frame. I strongly suggest women into the mens shorts to check out the women's style...you'll be surprised how the feel and excited how they feel! I hope that Soffe will expand the color selection someday but the five colors available are awesome!

Well I am over 50 so I am weary of junior sizing but after reading the reviews I did purchase these shorts. I love them, you back side does not show and since I am short waisted the lower waist line fits me perfect. I will be buying more of these.

If you need comfort, style, durability, and easy-to-wear... these shorts deliver.Im also a guy, like the shorter length and comfortable waist.As for transparency... these shorts are ultra light weight nylon and tend to be see through. Shy? wear compression shorts under or a long tank top over.

i have every color. i do cut out the lining. i am a man and love the low rise of these shorts... i wear them all the time in the summer... the low rise is just long enough to cover when we are out and about... i love how they are kind of opaque... wish you made them in white

I have been a regular Ranger Panty wearer for years and recently bought two pair in large thinking they were for juniors. I had to exchange them for medium and they fit great. They are shorter , without the skimpy pocket and the attached panty fits like a size 5 panty on the medium. the Large had a size 6 panty but the waist was way too big. I guess that is the junior waist. I recommend buying the same size you would wear in the standard Ranger Panties.

The HER ranger shorts are about to replace all of my nike running shorts. I train for two hours 6 days a week and these carry me through cardio and lifting. These are incredibly lightweight and keep you dry through your most sweaty cardio session. The length of the short is perfect because the fabric doesn't get in the way while running or doing squats, and as someone with a short waist I appreciate the low rise because these don't ride up. Aside from training these shorts are just really darn cute. When I first wore these my man literally said, ''I love your shorts, your legs look so good''. I'm basically going to sell all of my nike shorts and replace them with these now. I'm 128 pounds and ordered a medium. They fit fantastic! I have a wide hip bone structure and a smaller booty; if you're small in the hips/waist and you don't carry a lot of weight in your bottom I would size down.

I always loved the ranger shorts, but was never thrilled with where the length hit the leg.The womens's version is PERFECT... easy fit, great length, and nylon never wears out.The only (-): Only 1/2 dozen solid colors available, no prints.It hasnt stopped me from buying several pairs.

I love the mens style of ranger panties so I had to get a few pair. They are cut much shorter but made of the same silky nylon as the mens. I decided to buy a couple of pair, one in peach and the other in military green.When I was able to try these on, I was surprised how well they fit. I am an XL make in mens and I bought the XL juniors short. They are a bit tighter than the mens but there is ample room to get into them and they look awesome. I wish Soffe would make some mens versions of these and in the same colors. I plan on using these shorts as underwear and with a weight loss program, when I lose some fat, wear them to work out or to the pool!

These are amazing fit and quality for the price. It would be great if they had an inner pocket or on the back where you can put a phone & key. That's the only thing missing compared to the other brands.

I bought the women's version of the Ranger shorts and I have to admit even though these are a little shorter than the ranger shorts that they are great!!! They are just as comfortable as the ranger shorts and look great on. I bought them in a size medium and they fit great. I could have gone a little looser and gone with a large or XL as well. Order the size depending on how tight you want them. I wasn't looking for really tight and wasn't looking for really loose. I may, however order size large next time. Fit is great though!

I don't know why I ever hesitated to purchase these! These are indeed perfect for Leg days. And you good sirs out there who have an issue with these being '4 tha Gurlz', please get over yourselves and get these if you are a fan of the original mens' version. Show yourself some luv and get your gym-swole on!I had to get the Army Olive Green in a small, and worried that they might be too snug for the bois, but surprise! they fit me quite well along with the other five I got in Medium. Get these Girlies in the same size you wear in the Mens'.... a size up if you are shy of displaying tha bakeries (...if you don't won't to get cheeky with it lol).Of course, I cut out the liner just like I did my Mens' variety (since boarding school), but that's just a personal quirk and nothing of a detraction from the proven quality of the Soffe design and brand. Closing...Soffe, you can never go wrong in offering your lines in cardinal colors. Jewel, Earth, and Neutral tones are great, but there's just something about fire-engine red, Forest deep Green, Sunshine yellow, Snow White, and Sapphire Blue. Also, consider perhaps logo-ing these for the Armed Forces, with percentages of the proceeds going to support Wounded Warriors and Vets...just a thought.Keep up the good work, and thanks for continuing to be a great brand with whom your customers are glad to business!Blessings!Dana

I really like the fact that these shorts breathe... it's like wearing air! I ordered the Navy Blue shorts. My only struggle with these shorts is that they are a bit transparent in sun light. I'll try ordering in black to get a darker color.

I have never bought this style before and bought the baby pink color. my personal opinion is that they are very see-through and I didn't care for the lining which makes them even more see-through now. But my husband loves them and I lounge around the house or just sleep in them. Sizing is great, waist line is great. Thank you!

I am a dog trainer doing approx 9-12 miles/ 5-8 hours of cardio with my trainees 6 days/ week, and LIVE in gym/ running clothes.The old Ranger shorts were ok, but an odd length.The female version is cut PERFECTLY, Ultra comfortable, and sewn extremely well.The only improvement that can be made: offer these in more colors/ patterns.

I am obsessed with these shorts. Best running shorts ever.Actually both my husband and I wear these except heres my ''BUT'' why are the womens color options slacking so bad???? My husband has all the awesome prints like USA flag and the camo green one. I wear a size small and I only have a few options. Time to add colors and patterns for all womens sizes!!!!! Come on guys!!!! These shorts are so awesome why cant we have more options in colors and patterns???? Not fair that my husband gets to have all the fun colors and prints

I absolutely love these shorts, I got some that were black and said varsity a while back and wanted to get some more of them. They did not have any that I could see on the website so I decided to try something else similar. I tried these and I was in love with them! They fit perfectly, look amazing and they make me feel comfortable! I play competitive volleyball, sand and indoor, and when im just practicing with friends or alone I like to wear comfy shorts like these so that I'm not using my game shorts. These are my go to shorts!

I run 3-5 miles and workout 5 days a week and have tried numerous brands of shorts but these are my favorite. They're so lightweight and fit perfectly! I'm 5'4 and 115 lbs and the size small aren't too short or too tight. The colors are great and aren't too sheer. I have the Navy, OD Green and Acai and I'm about to order a pair in every color. Throw out your Nikes and buy all the Soffe Her Ranger shorts!

LOVEEEEE! These shorts. PLEASEEEEE make them in more colors. I bought all of the colors and then extras. Would love to buy them in White and Red.The Ranger shorts do run, to me, a size smaller. So if you are a Medium size, get a Large. Not sure why anyone is complaining about them being see thru because they have built in underwear the same color of the short so it's not bad.
