What is the Soffe return policy?
All returns need to be made within 30 days of the ship date. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
How do I initiate a return?
Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-285-4456. A member of our customer service team will provide you with instructions. You will also receive a Return Authorization number. Please make sure this number is clearly marked on the outside of the package, or we will unfortunately be unable to accept the return.
When do I recieve my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned package, we will issue your credit, less the shipping charges. We'll also gladly help you place a new order.
Why can't I return clearance items?
We're sorry, but we can't accept returns or exchanges on special web sales or closeout items. Thanks for understanding!
