Don't let fitness take a back seat - use these fun workout tips and make sure you stay Soffe strong through the fall season!
1) Stay cool and hydrated
Heat exhaustion is troublesome for summer workouts. If you're not careful, you can pass out from the conditions! Make sure you carry plenty of water and don't overexert yourself when working out.
2) Think outside the box
You don't need a track (or even the outdoors) to stay fit these days! There are several options to stay cool and in shape! Try one of the several Nintendo Wii fitness games - a perfect way to have fun while working out. Grab your MP3 player and do situps, crunches and calisthenics indoors.
3) Eat right
Take a look at your diet. Are you eating right? Sometimes the difference between losing and gaining weight is just a few select foods a day. Steer clear of fried food when you can - try steamed or baked goods instead. Salad is always a good option, just watch the dressing!
