Return Policy (Online Orders)

At Soffe, your satisfaction in our products is always guaranteed. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. We want to make this process as easy as possible for you. Please follow these instructions:

All returns must be made within 30 days of shipped date. Each returned box must have the PO Number clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.  Returns will not be accepted without the PO Number on the outside of the package. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping.  Once we receive your returned package and check in the items your credit will be issued.  Please print the following form, fill in all information and follow all directions on the form for your return to be processed in a timely manner.

Temporary Exchange Charge

We'll need to charge for the new item, but when we receive your return, we'll refund you for the cost of the original purchase. For US exchanges we'll waive the standard shipping charge.

Web Specials / Closeout Items

Sales of web specials/closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. Web specials/closeout items are items that are listed in the Closeout or Web Specials categories.
