You may return authorized purchases to M. J. Soffe, LLC within 60 days of the original delivery. Return shipping cost will be paid by M. J. Soffe, LLC for
defective goods or Customer Service errors. Customers will be responsible for freight on all other returns plus a 25% restocking charge. No returned merchandise
will be accepted without a Return Authorization (RA) number. Credit will be issued within two weeks of receipt of goods. We will not accept returns on
discontinued items or items that have been altered from original purchase. Thank you.
